The Engcon EC214 tiltrotator is a robust, compact tool designed to transform excavators in the 9–14 tonne class into highly capable multi‑function machines. With its low weight and build height, it brings tiltrotator versatility to mid‑sized machines without compromising performance or manoeuvrability on jobs ranging from site prep to fine grading.
Equipped with Engcon’s advanced DC2 proportional control system, the EC214 offers smooth, stepless hydraulic control and can be enhanced with additional functions like track/wheel steering and boom slew. When paired with the standard S45 or S60 quick hitch, the integrated EC‑Oil automatic coupling system allows hydraulic tools to be connected and disconnected without leaving the cab, saving time and improving onsite safety.
Built for durability in real‑world conditions, the EC214 includes features such as Q‑Safe quick hitch safety, central lubrication, and load‑holding valves on tilt cylinders, all designed to reduce wear and maintenance. The hardened piston rods and strong breakout torque of approximately 126 kNm provide reliable performance whether you’re digging, grading, or reversing trenches.
This tiltrotator also comes ready to accept popular attachments like the detachable gripper (GRD) and rotating brush (SWD), and is prepared for a rotation sensor (ePS) to integrate with machine guidance systems.
