The Engcon DC2 Proportional Control System is an advanced, stepless control solution designed to give operators precise and intuitive command over tiltrotators and hydraulic functions on excavators of virtually any make or model. Combining robust hardware with intelligent software, DC2 enhances machine control while improving safety and efficiency on site.
Built with operator comfort and flexibility in mind, DC2 supports up to six proportional functions and up to fourteen on/off functions when paired with Engcon’s ergonomic MIG2 joysticks. This expansive control capability allows you to manage everything from tiltrotator movements to auxiliary tools, boom slew, wheel steering and track control — all from a unified and responsive interface tailored to your workflow.
Safety is a core focus of the DC2 system, which is certified to the ISO 13849-1 safety standard and designed to meet both current and future machine requirements. Built-in automatic calibration ensures quick starts, and operator preferences are saved automatically so you can pick up where you left off without delay. Choose from multiple control profiles to suit different operators on the same machine.
A standout feature of DC2 is its Bluetooth-enabled smartphone/tablet app, which allows you to fine-tune function settings, adjust tool behaviour, and even access remote support from Engcon’s technical team.
