Description
The EvoQuip Bison 120 is a robust and compact mobile jaw crusher engineered for medium-duty crushing in construction, demolition and recycling applications. Its 680 mm x 400 mm jaw inlet and hydraulically adjustable closed side setting (CSS) deliver dependable performance across various materials, while remaining small enough to fit inside a standard transport container.
Powered by a choice of Tier 3 or Tier 4 Final/Stage V engines with a hydraulic drive to the crusher, the Bison 120 achieves up to approximately 80 tonnes per hour (90 US tph) of output. A generous 2.3 m³ hopper with integrated grizzly feeder keeps material flowing efficiently into the jaw chamber, and the 800 mm wide product conveyor ensures smooth material discharge with hydraulic folding for transport.
Ease of operation is a hallmark of the Bison 120, with intuitive controls, a standard remote control and jaw level sensor allowing operators to adjust the crusher and set up the plant quickly. The ability to reverse the jaw to clear blockages and run in reverse for sticky materials like asphalt adds versatility and reduces downtime on site.
