The EvoQuip Bison 340 is the largest and most powerful model in the Bison jaw crusher range, built to deliver exceptional performance in quarrying, demolition, recycling and mining applications. Its generous 1,000 mm × 600 mm jaw chamber with hydraulic closed-side setting adjustment and a robust hydrostatic drive system allow operators to fine-tune performance while handling heavy loads with confidence.
With a substantial hopper capacity of around 5 m³ and an efficient two-piece grizzly feeder, material flow into the crushing chamber is optimised for high throughput and reduced blockages. The Bison 340’s product conveyor is 900 mm wide and offers an elevated discharge height of approximately 3.5 m, ensuring effective material handling and stockpiling.
Designed for productivity, this crusher delivers an output potential of up to approximately 280 tonnes per hour (308 US tph), making it ideal for demanding primary crushing tasks where performance and reliability are essential. Its hydrostatic drive also gives the added advantage of reverse capability for clearing occasional jams or when processing sticky materials on site.
