The EvoQuip Cobra 230R is a compact, high‑performance mobile impact crusher designed to meet the demands of construction and demolition recycling, asphalt reuse, natural rock crushing and contractor applications. Its robust 860 mm × 720 mm impact chamber and 830 mm × 860 mm diameter rotor deliver efficient material reduction while the hydraulic adjustment and overload protection help maximise uptime and performance in tough conditions.
A standout feature of the Cobra 230R is its integrated afterscreen system, which ensures the required product specification is consistently achieved on site by separating fines and allowing oversize material to be recirculated back through the crusher or stockpiled as needed. The 2.44 m × 1.2 m single‑deck screen is tensioned on the side and can be lowered to a horizontal position to make mesh changes and maintenance quicker and easier.
Material handling is highly efficient thanks to a suite of onboard conveyors, including a 900 mm‑wide product belt and dedicated transfer, oversize and fines conveyors that help keep production flowing smoothly and stockpiles tidy. The feeder’s automatic speed regulation based on crusher load further enhances throughput and reduces the risk of blockages or uneven feeding.
Powered by a Tier 4 Final or Stage V Volvo D8 engine with a direct clutch and V‑belt drive system, the Cobra 230R balances strong performance with fuel efficiency and reliability, supporting output potentials of up to around 250 tonnes per hour.
