At its core is an aggressive 4.1 m × 1.22 m double‑deck incline screen that features a variable screen angle and a wide range of media options — from Bofor deck bars and fingers to punch plates and mesh — so operators can tailor the screening profile to match material types and output requirements. The sizeable 5 m³ hopper with a 1.1 m wide variable‑speed feeder ensures consistent material flow into the screen box for efficient processing.
Material handling is optimised with a suite of conveyors including a 1,000 mm wide collection conveyor equipped with an SCS scraper and dedicated fines, midgrade and oversize conveyors with impressive discharge heights. The configurability of layouts and the ability to convert to a two‑way split allow operators to adapt stockpile arrangements and output configurations on the fly, helping maximise productivity and site efficiency.
