A large ~8 m³ hopper feeds material consistently to the system via a 1.05 m (42″) wide variable‑speed belt feeder, while a substantial 4.25 m (14 ft) tipping reject grid helps manage larger feed sizes and improves screening efficiency.
Material handling and separation are enhanced by a suite of conveyors, including an 11 m (40″) main conveyor for efficient discharge, a 1.2 m (48″) wide fines conveyor with around 3.86 m discharge height, and twin 650 mm (26″) mid‑grade and oversize conveyors capable of approximately 4.86 m discharge height. This configuration supports flexible stockpiling and clear separation of output fractions, improving site productivity and workflow.
