Description
The EvoQuip Falcon 1230 Inclined Screen is a high‑capacity mobile screening solution designed for demanding scalping, screening and stockpiling tasks across a wide range of materials including aggregates, sand, gravel, crushed stone, coal, topsoil and demolition waste. Its robust, triple‑deck inclined screenbox delivers excellent classification and throughput while keeping setup and operation simple and efficient.
At the core of the Falcon 1230 is a versatile triple‑deck screen with large panel sizes — two 3.66 m × 1.52 m (12′ × 5′) decks and a 3.00 m × 1.52 m (10′ × 5′) bottom deck — providing approximately 15.7 m² (170 ft²) of total screening area for precise material separation. Material is fed into the screen from a generous ~8 m³ hopper via a 4.2 m long, 1,050 mm wide variable‑speed belt feeder, ensuring a consistent and well‑controlled feed into the screening system.
Material handling and stockpiling are enhanced by a comprehensive conveyor setup, including a 1,000 mm wide main discharge, a 1,200 mm wide fines conveyor with approximately 4.4 m discharge height, and multiple 650 mm conveyors for mid‑overs and mid‑fines with around 4.76 m discharge heights. An additional 500 mm oversize conveyor discharges material close to 4.48 m, allowing effective separation and stockpile management across multiple product sizes.
Powered by efficient CAT C4.4 diesel engines with a range of power ratings to suit emissions stages and regions, the Falcon 1230 combines performance with reliable operation and fuel efficiency. A standard 4.25 m tipping grid helps manage larger feed sizes, while the unit’s size and transport dimensions make relocation between sites straightforward. With an output potential of up to around 300 tonnes per hour, the Falcon 1230 offers contractors and plant hire businesses a powerful, flexible and transportable screening solution.
