Description

The EvoQuip Falcon 820 Inclined Screen is a robust and compact finishing screen engineered for versatile onsite screening across a broad range of materials including sand and gravel, crushed stone, coal, topsoil and demolition waste. Designed as the latest addition to the EvoQuip screening range, it delivers efficient scalping and separation in a self‑contained unit that combines strength with easy transportability between jobsites.

At the heart of the Falcon 820 is a heavy‑duty 2.34 m × 1.17 m (8′ × 4′) double deck inclined screenbox with a rugged two‑bearing design and adjustable incline angle that operators can optimise between approximately 25° – 35° depending on material characteristics. The hopper features a standard 2.9 m³ capacity with a removable bin, while an optional tipping grid expands feed capacity and improves material flow for higher throughput.

Material handling is supported by a suite of conveyors that include an 800 mm wide main belt, a 1 m wide fines conveyor with an approximate 2.93 m discharge height, and 650 mm mid‑grade and oversize conveyors with discharge heights up to about 3.4 m. This configuration enables flexible three‑way split stockpiling and clean separation of graded materials, helping improve site workflow and reduce the need for secondary screening.

Powered by efficient Cat engine options — from Tier 3 to Tier 4 Final/Stage V — the Falcon 820 balances performance with fuel economy and reliability. Its compact transport footprint, coupled with quick setup and intuitive controls, makes it an excellent choice for contractors and plant hire businesses seeking a versatile, high‑performance inclined screen that handles diverse materials with consistent results.
