Description
The EvoQuip Harrier 220 Scalping Screen is a compact, agile mobile screening machine designed for smaller‑scale operations including recycling, landscaping, topsoil processing and building site material separation. With a rugged double‑deck screen measuring 2.1 m × 1.1 m (6′9″ × 3′6″), it efficiently scalps and separates materials onsite while maintaining a footprint that’s easy to transport and set up.
At its core is a simple yet effective screening system with a feed area of 600 mm × 1.1 m (2′ × 3′6″) and end‑tensioned screen decks, allowing operators to handle a variety of materials quickly and with minimal fuss. The Harrier 220’s screen action and design make it particularly suited to recycling, sustainable material processing and light construction duties where flexibility and speed are key.
Material handling is supported by well‑sized conveyors including a 1,000 mm (40″) wide collection conveyor with around 1.93 m (6′4″) discharge height for clean stockpiling, and a 500 mm (20″) midgrade conveyor discharging at approximately 1.18 m (3′10″). These conveyors help ensure effective separation and site flow, even in compact working areas.
Powered by a 21 kW (28.5 hp) Isuzu engine with an optional Stage V Kubota alternative, the Harrier 220 balances reliable performance with economical operation. With an output potential of up to around 80 tonnes per hour (90 US tph) and a lightweight transportable design (~3,300 kg), this scalping screen offers contractors, plant hire businesses and landscapers a highly mobile and productive screening solution for a broad range of onsite tasks.
